Frequently Asked Questions
What time is worship?
We have two worship services. We have a traditional service at 8:45am in the Sanctuary and a modern service at 11:00 am in the Youth Activities Building.
What are your worship services like on Sunday?
Of utmost importance is that in our worship, God in Jesus Christ is praised. That is at the heart of what we believe worship to be; it is our opportunity to express our love to God. With this in mind, the traditional service (8:45am) is a come as you are service, but tends to be more formal. We sing from the hymnal, have a choir, as well as participate in other historical forms of worship. Our Modern service has a various elements such as a praise band, more modern worship music, and a more relaxed setting. Each service is also includes elements for children to participate and be part of the service. On the first Sunday of the month, we celebrate Holy Communion as part of all the worship services.
What should I wear to worship?
Wear what ever you feel comfortable wearing in order to worship the Lord.
What about Children? Are children welcome in worship?
Of course! We love having children in worship. They are such a gift of God. We do provide a cry room during the traditional service just in case you need it. We also provide a fully staffed nursery for your convenience as well.
Do you have other programs on Sunday Mornings for adults?
We do! We have “L.I.F.E.” Groups. A majority of them meet at 10:00am. These adult small groups are where individuals are able to grow in their faith through discussion and learning. Whether our various groups are studying a particular passage in the Bible or a topic related to faith, these groups provide opportunity for growth, community, and accountability. Most of our L.I.F.E Groups meet in our Connection Center. For more information, click here.
